Pre-sale Tickets

Presale of Tickets for Food and Beverages begins TUESDAY:
Friends, if you know you are planning on being here Saturday, avoid the lines to purchase tickets. 

Starting Tuesday, 9 am, we will be taking calls for ticket sales. There will be a WILL CALL desk at the Festival. Show ID and pick up your tickets. Call 804-798-6336

A $5 donation will get you one ticket, a $50 donation will get you ten. They will be good for food items or beer.The bake sale and soda/water will take cash or checks. The cakes and pies will be individually priced. Soda and water are $1 each.

Also, we are encouraging folks to make a donation of one ticket per person to help defray costs. If you you do so, you get this snazzy sticker! SEE YOU ALL SATURDAY!

SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM SATELLITE PARKING

There will be a shuttle bus labeled STEW FEST that will be making the rounds from the parking lots of Shiloh Baptist and First Baptist Church from 11-5. Beginning after 12 (because of the Farmer's Market), the shuttle will also pick up from Henry Clay Elementary School. 

Street parking will be limited and first come, first serve. Handicapped Parking is available at the Church with a placard.

NO PETS!!

Because this is a family-friendly event, with food, we will not be allowing pets inside our perimeter.  Thank you for your understanding.

PARKING

For safety, and for Emergency Responders to have adequate access, parking in our immediate vicinity will be extremely limited.  
Guests with Handicapped placards will be allowed to use our parking lot.
We have arranged for satellite parking at First Baptist Church at 800 Thompson St, Ashland; at Shiloh Baptist Church, 106 S. James St., Ashland; and at Henry Clay Elementary School, 310 S. James St., Ashland.  We'll also have a free shuttle running between the Festival and the three satellite lots continuously from noon until 6 pm.

NO PETS, PLEASE!! AND OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

No pets, please!!
We know this is a family event and our pets are family, but seriously, for the safety and comfort of everyone involved, please do not bring your dogs. 

ID and Bags
All guests (except children accompanied by adults) will need  to show ID, and all bags will be checked.  Please do not bring in outside food or beverages.

Smoking
Also for the safety and comfort of all, there will be no smoking inside the fenced area of the Festival.  We'll have a designated smoking area just outside the fenced area. 

Lawn chairs
You are invited and encouraged to bring a lawn chair to sit a spell and enjoy the music!
